Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Shipping is not available to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses. Although our address form includes countries worldwide, delivery is currently limited to the confirmed U.S. service area.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders. No minimum order value applies. This is our only shipping method.
Handling and transit
Handling takes 1–2 business days before dispatch. After dispatch, transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days. Together, these stages give an estimated total delivery time of 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Cutoff and business days
Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). Fixed UTC−06:00 throughout the year; daylight saving time does not apply. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff use that business day as the processing start day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.
