30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. Contact us before sending anything back so that we can authorize the return and confirm the instructions.
Ordinary return conditions
For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging. Original tags and any originally supplied hygiene liners must remain intact. Please try on swimwear over underwear and keep any hygiene liner in place.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. Once authorized, return the item to Modularyk, 19 Rue Des Galibots, 62430 Sallaumines, France. This is an international return address in France; please take this into account before purchasing. Do not send a return before contacting us.
Who pays return shipping
If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost, including the cost of returning the goods to France. If the return is due to our error, a damaged product, a defect or an incorrectly supplied item, Modularyk covers the return shipping cost. Contact us first for the appropriate arrangements. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos can help us understand the problem. The ordinary unused-condition, packaging and hygiene-liner requirements do not prevent us from reviewing a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item. We will agree the appropriate next steps with you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval. If an approved refund has not appeared after that period, contact us so that we can help investigate.
